Route information
The course consists of flat, closed roads and the clean, calm waters of the 2,200m Olympic Standard Dorney Lake, not far from the historic towns of Windsor and Eton. All races consist of a 400m swim in the lake. Individual participants will bike 4 laps of the lake for 20km, whilst team entrants will cycle 3 laps amounting to 15km or 4 laps. The race finishes with a flat, 5km loop of the lake.
Participants can choose from a range of entry options, depending on whether they want to complete the course individually or in a team. The full team event challenges entrants to compete in all three disciplines in a relay-style event, with members exchanging the team's timing chip as they finish each discipline, allowing participants to take a break in between races.
The split team challenge encourages team members to tackle just one activity, with the race chip being handed over between each discipline, culminating with the final team member completing the run.
Entry into the individual challenge event means all disciplines must be completed yourself.
Full Team: 400m Swim, 15km Bike, 5km Run
Split Team: 400m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
Individual: 400m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
