The 3-1-5 Health Club car park or Lancaster Park & Ride will be available for entrants to park at. Please note there is a 2.2-metre height restriction at the 3-1-5 car park. There is no height restriction at the Park and Ride.

Race packs
All entrants must collect their race packs from the race HQ in the 3-1-5 Health Club from 9:30am on race day. Nothing will be posted to entrants.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 18 years or older to participate in this race.
Baggage store
You will be able to use the lockers at 3-1-5, but you will need to bring your own padlock.
Toilets
Toilets are located in the 3-1-5 Health Club.
Fancy Dress
You are welcome to wear fancy dress. Please be mindful about what you wear as roads and cycleways are not closed to the public.
Drinks Stations
There will be drink stations approximately every 3 miles along the route.

Finalised results will be published on Run Britain approximately 48 hours after the finish of the race.
