Half Distance
Starting from the same location as the full distance race & following the same course, this fully supported 75km challenge finishes at the ‘Meeting of the Waters’ at Warden where the Rivers of the North & South Tyne come together.
Full Distance
Starting at Deadwater on the border between England & Scotland, the North Tyne Trail passes alongside the imposing Kielder reservoir & down the beautiful Tyne valley to the finish at the historic Tynemouth Watch House Museum.
The courses are fully waymarked with trail markers, meaning navigation is required for this route, though it is strongly recommended to revise the route before the day of the event.
