It was over sold the start was a joke couldn't get anywhere near the fenced off area for runners and we had to start with the spectators. The pacer were pointless and she had no idea what to be running at and as they couldn't start in the right starting pen again made it made for her. Over priced and over sold for a race that isn't that great, I won't be doing it again. 

This is the second year I have completed the Salford 10k. Really good event. Great value race with a good medal. The course had been changed this year to take out the twists and turns around Old Trafford football ground. The start and finish at media city give the event a great atmosphere. I’ll be back again next year.
