A Unique 215 mile (346km) Ultra-Marathon following the Southern Upland Way from Portpatrick to Cockburnspath. A stunning marked trail reflecting back to us the turbulent history between Scotland and England. The voices and the lessons of the Killing Times in the 1600’s echo in the Forests, the Valleys, and high on the Mountains along the Way.

Experience of a life time, I have run for over 30 years and I started doing Ultra Marathons 11 years ago and I have to say none touches this one, not for me anyway. Everything about it ticks the box, stunning views, day and night, different terrain, road ,fields, marsh, tracks,no tracks bogs, hills, more hills, more hills, forests I could go on and on like you have to do in the race, fight sleep, then can't sleep, one big adventure from start to the finish it is that good I have done it twice
