ULTRA 55
ULTRA 55 is a 55km ultra-marathon starting and finishing on the West path of the Swing Bridge. The route will take competitors on a tour of the region, passing iconic landmarks such as the Tyne Bridge, Millennium Bridge, 9 arches viaduct, and following iconic footpaths including Hadrian’s Way, Wylam’s Wagon Way & Derwent Walk.

TRAIL 25 is a 25km trail run and the perfect event for half marathon runners and challenge walkers looking to embark on a new off-road challenge.

It will then reach Derwent Walk Country Park with a small loop around there and then heading back along the opposite side of the Derwent River.
