Checkpoint 1
At the 10 Mile mark, you'll reach the first checkpoint. This is located close to the Leisure Centre.
Checkpoint 2
At 16 Miles, you'll arrive at the second checkpoint. This is located at: Dol Idris Car Park/Minffordd Car Park. Support teams are welcome at this checkpoint.
Checkpoint 3
Checkpoint 3 is a at the 22 Mile mark. The address is: Ty Nant, Pony Path, Arthog, Gwynedd, LL40 1TN. Support teams are welcome at this checkpoint.
Checkpoint 4
At 30 Miles by the Dragon Threatre on Jubilee Road, you'll reach the fourth checkpoint. Support teams are welcome at this checkpoint.
Checkpoint 5
The 39 Mile mark brings you to Pont Scethin, Dyffryn Ardudwy, Gwynedd, LL45 2PL. No Support teams are permitted at this checkpoint.
Checkpoint 6
Checkpoint 6 is the 45 Mile mark and is located at Graigddu Ganol, Trawsfynydd, Gwynedd, LL40 2LB.
Finish
The finish is at Coed-y-Brenin Visitor Centre.

Age Requirements
Those wishing to take on Ultra Wales 2023, must be at least 21 years old on race-day.
Cup-less Event
Ultra Wales 50 mile is a cup-less event, meaning you must bring a receptacle to refill at the checkpoints/aid stations.
Event Rules
GB Ultras believe all participants should make proper and mindful transport arrangements prior to the event and NO participant should be in charge of a car directly after the event. Please make sensible arrangements.
Must have run at least a marathon distance race prior to the event. This can be for an event not yet taken place but that will be completed prior to the 2023 Ultra Wales start.
