Round 1 of the Epic Triathlon series for 2018 is the Ulverston Triathlon, Sunday April 1st. It's a 400m pool swim, a 28k out and back road cycle and a 5.8k run. It's ideal for novices through to elite competitors, so come and enjoy an EPIC day on the South Lakeland coast.
