Route information
Taking place at the outstanding Uppingham School Sports Centre, this epic sprint tri features a pool swim, before heading out onto the picturesque roads surrounding Uppingham.
The course is well marked and marshalled, with fantastic spectator viewing points, amazing safety crew and professional medical team.
The Finish is located right in the centre of the Main Field in front of the Centre heading straight to the loud and proud crowd cheering you over the Finish!
Children's and Youth Aquathlons:
8 Year: 50m Swim / 600m Run
9-10 Years: 150m Swim / 1500m Run
11-12 Years: 250m Swim / 2000m Run
13-14 Years: 400m Swim / 3000m Run
15-16 Years: 400m Swim / 3000m Run

Age Requirements
Relay races are open to anyone aged 13 or older.
Age requirements at booking refer to the age you must be by 31st December 2024.
