I think this event is just going and grow and get better and better. Passionate organiser who has taken advice on board. We are looking forward to next year.

Was a good event even though it didn’t stop raining for the whole day. The tracks were really good, was just a shame it became almost un-rideable due to how wet it became. Had a really welcoming vibe and good camaraderie among the riders and all stalls/sponsors were excellent will be booking for next year

The use of wooden stakes to mark the course in the top field was dangerous, had anyone fallen on to them it could have caused serious injury, this is highly possible in a wet field on off camber grass where getting as close to the tape as possible was beneficial. Stages 1 and 2 were mixed up on the timing sheets, this is obviously a fault caused by action sports timing not adrenaline events but sadly doesn't do the race any favours and unless noticed wasted a lot of riders time and energy trying to beat a time on the wrong stage! The stages were poorly constructed. Stage 1 was okay, but pipe lagging on a barb wire fence prior to the bridge is not safe. This should have been covered with a hard plastic pipe at minimum.Stage 2 the wooden board walk in the middle section is down right dangerous to have mid corner and nearly caused me to crash every run. The table top prior to the woods was also far too small for the speed you were hitting it at and nearly resulted in me having a huge crash when I over jumped it. The lip was poorly shaped and far to kicky for the size and location of the table top. This should have been a much more subtle lip and a much larger table top. Or much slower run in! Stage 3, the corners and jumps at the top were too soft and given the conditions became horrendously speed sapping and dangerous of you try to jump on a soft lip. The aspestos sheets just the other side of a fence on the bottom pedalling section just after the table top left a little to be desired also! I think a lot of time and effort went into the event, the finish arena looked great, the prizes were great, and a lot of sponsorship obviously looked great. But sadly a low number of entries, mostly caused by venue I imagine, meant the race village feel and atmosphere between riders was lacking. Also having to pay to park at a race is not cool. Include it in the entry fee, don't charge riders on the gate! Love the thought and effort, the execution just wasn't there and the venue is hugely limiting.

Loved it. Only confusion was with the organisation of the dual slalom but it was meant to be a chilled out event so no worries 👍
