Route description

Welcome to the very first Velio Festival, located at the beautiful Cholmondeley Castle, in the Cheshire countryside. The festival will be Velio's annual celebration of life on two wheels, a world-first cycling and activity festival experience. Alongside some pretty amazing people, the organisers have created a packed festival programme whether you’re a cyclist or just want to come, switch off and enjoy the festivities for a few days.

The Rides

The rides are made up of 5 routes including 3k, 30k, 60k and 100k. Velio have also created the 14k Velutopia. There are routes for beginners to the experienced, as well as disabled cycling and kids.

You will be able to choose when to book your Velutopia ride when the options are released closer to the event.

So you can book in confidence and have something in the diary to look forward to. If Velio are directed they are unable to run socially distanced by the authorities at the time, everyone will be able to choose to keep hold of their ticket for the rearranged date, or get a full refund of the face value of the ticket and any extras like the boutique village, so you can book in confidence.
