Victoria Park is a nice setting, but having to do several laps for a short run is not the best (of course it is understandable that not all races can block roads and so on... but still).
It was nicely organized with staff helping runners to warm up and refreshments at the end. overall nice experience, perhaps a bit expensive for a short run, but I certainly enjoyed it.
