Route information
This 3-hour experience will involve a meet and greet with a GB gold medalist, an intensive training session from expert coaches, followed by a 75-minute white water rafting session where you'll try to beat your fellow rafts and the course record set by the GB Slalom Canoeists .
The session will start with insight from one of the GB athletes on their medal success. You'll get to pose for photos which will be printed and signed on a unique souvenir.
Before the rafting begins, you'll have a safety briefing and swimming practice to get you prepared for the challenge. You will be in teams of 8 going down the Olympic Course at Lee Valley to try to beat your host - either Etienne Stott or Joe Clarke.

Lee Valley is easily accessible by car from all directions and is just a stone's throw from the M25. Take exit 26 from the M25 towards Waltham Cross.

The closest rail station is Waltham Cross which has good links to London. From the station it is about a 20 minute walk to Lee Valley.

Age, Weight & Swimming Requirements
To take part in this event, you must be at least 14 years old, under 18 stone/ 115kg and be a confident swimmer.
Fundraising
Successful fundraisers can get their entry fee discounted down to zero, which will be organised through the event organiser (Legacy300).
There are two ways of fundraising (and acquiring bonuses to help you Beat The Medallist):
