Route information

This event will start with an entertaining Q&A with the host GB rowers where you can gain an insight into what it takes to be an elite rower. Then, the GB rowers will take to the water, completing a 250-metre sprint, setting the time for the day. You will enjoy a 50-minute session in the water, having two opportunities to set times to beat the medallists.
