This is a virtual event so you can choose the route you would like to take. You must post your chosen route on the Redfish Events Facebook page or join the Redfish Strava Group.
You must pass the emergency service of your choice (Ambulance, Fire or Police) and give them a thumbs up or a wave.

You can choose to complete 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k and/or 25k.

How to get there
Event day logistics
Start/Finish
Make sure to complete the run, walk or cycle by the 31st of December, you get to choose the date, time, and route you want to run, walk or cycle. As soon as you have registered you are ready to race for the emergency services.
You must finish before 31st December.

Report Your Route
Post your route on the event on Facebook or join Redfish Strava Group for evidence. You must pass the emergency service of your choice (Ambulance, Fire, or Police) and give them a thumbs up or a wave.
Medals
Your entry fee includes the postage and packaging costs of your medal's journey to you.
If you choose to sign up for the ambulance event you will receive an ambulance themed medal and so on. If you choose to run, walk or swim for all services you'll receive all three themed medals.
