Wadebridge Triathlon: The Camel routes

Known as Cornwall's favourite pool triathlon, the Wadebridge Triathlon is the perfect event for the whole family to come dip their toes in triathlon racing.

Little Camel & Big Camel:

Participants will begin their race in the Wadebridge Leisure Centre pool before hopping on their bike and speeding their way down quiet coastal roads with moderate undulating hills, through quaint towns with beautiful views of the coastal countryside. Once complete, the lucky racers will ease into the run on a downhill to Wadebridge town center, before embarking on the scenic Camel Trail leading into the nearby estuary.

Scooting Camel:

The youngest participants in this event will get a taste of triathlons by swapping out the swim component for an epic scoot. The kids will scoot 400m, before hopping on their bikes for 400m of smooth, tarmac roads, finishing with a 600m run around the green.

Mini Camel:

For those old enough to unlock their inner fish, participants aged 8+ will TRI their hand at the Mini Camel, the fastest circuit in the Cornish Mini Tri Series. With a closed-road, flat, tarmac bike route, participants are sure to show their inner speed demon before sprinting through the finish after a run around the green.
