About this event

The brand-new Wales & Wirral Sportive boasts both challenging hills and fast, flat ground. Cycle across borders with scenic views over either the 100km medium route or speed around the shorter 55km route. Come for a rewarding day of racing and smash your goals.

We are inspired by every location that we find to try to create an event of some sort. We want them to have a relaxed atmosphere and a welcoming environment, no matter what level of competitor you are our events will challenge and test you.

We are extremely lucky and passionate to do what we do, and want to share that passion with as many people as possible, no matter what level of fitness you have.

Route description
Route description

Start and finish both races at Deeside Stadium, with fully marked courses, and travel up and over the tough hills of North Wales and pick up speed around Wirral peninsula.

Logistics and schedule

07:00 Parking opens.

07:30 - 08:54 Registration opens.

07:30- 09:00 RACE STARTS. You may stay anytime in this window.

09:00 START CLOSES. No one may begin racing after this time.

*There will be a small safety brief on the start line just before the race begins, all participants must be present or you will not be able to compete.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to cheer family and friends across the finish line.

Volunteers

Volunteers are always welcome with Beyond Events. Whether you'd like to help for a whole day or just a few hours email [email protected] and someone will get back to you.

Volunteers will be rewarded for their time and will be able to enter an event, any distance, free of charge.
