My first race of 2019 having been a bit lazy over the winter.Loved every minute of this race even the hill we had to do twice. This is a great trail race had everything you'd expect.People organising it were so friendly and the marshalls very supportive.The goody bad at the end was great and the medal too. I've signed up for the series looking forward to Spring already.

This series of 4 races hosted by Warrington Running Club offers a challenging course every time with a mixture of surfaced paths, cinder tracks, mud, grass and sometimes a bit of water!  The events themselves are well-organised, brilliantly marshalled & supported, have a great atmosphere, free photos, excellent goody bag & top class medals for those that like bling. Good value for money as they're organised by a running club. Sell-out races that offer an annual 4 race pass, an individual race option & even a virtual.

This is the 5th 5 miler I've done and, as always, a very well organised event. The support and encouragement, from marshals, cheer-leaders, and fellow runners, is second to none.

Was a great trail run. Plenty of short hills, mud and trail. Great route, twisting and turning with a few straights and a couple of leaps every now and then. Was my first time here and I'm glad I booked on the full series; roll on March for the spring event.

Really enjoyed the course, more importantly the marshaling was excellent. Can't wait till the next 3

Very well organised, fun and friendly events. Great courses that change each race and they are well marshalled with 1st aid/ambulance onsite also. Nice medals and goody bag too. There is onsite parking, toilets and a food vendor. Overall a great race for newcomers and experienced trail runners alike. 

It was a great race overall, the atmosphere and support from the volunteers was great and a fantastic way of giving you that extra boost. The goody bag was great had everything you needed just after a tough run and the medal just wow! The course was muddy, Rocky all the fun factors you can expect of a trail race and there was a hill but you done it at the end and the beginning so wasnt too bad and a couple of little inclines, but nothing awful, would defiantly recommend if you want to get muddy and have fun at the same time and nearly lose a shoe at the same time.
