Route information
The race starts from the 33-metre heated indoor pool in the leisure centre, followed by a one lap cycle course which heads out towards the town of Warwick, in the Warwickshire countryside, before returning to Stratford for the final discipline.
The run is out alongside the picturesque river Avon and back to the Leisure and Visitor Centre to the finish line. The run course is once out and back for The Fun Triathlon and twice out and back for the Sprint and Relay Triathlon.
Swim
- Sprint & Relay - 12 lengths, 4 lengths in each lane - 400m
- Super Sprint & Fun - 6 lengths, 2 lengths in each lane - 200m
Swim rules: NO Diving, NO tumble turns, NO back stroke.
Bike
Bike course: One lap of the bike course only for all competitors = 18k
Run
Entrants will take on laps of the 2.5k course to complete their distance:
- Sprint & Relay competitors x 2 laps = 5k
- Super Sprint & Fun competitors x 1 lap = 2.5k
Cycle Transition Area
- Only competitors are allowed in the Cycle Transition Area. You cannot enter the Cycle Transition Area until your bike stickers are attached.
- Please do not rack your bike in the Cycle Transition Area earlier than 20 minutes before your start time
- Rack your bike in any position, each racking position is marked by white tape
- Although we allocate security staff to specifically watch the Cycle Transition Area, please note that we cannot be responsible for any items lost or stolen
- As a security precaution, you cannot take your cycle out of the transition area without your race number and corresponding cycle sticker

There will be parking available at the leisure centre pay & display. Midway through the morning the leisure centre car park will fill up, please use the multi storey pay and display car park which is right opposite. Do not park in the coach or lorry park.

Entrants will be sent their individual start times closer to the event date.
There will be a short safety brief that all participants must attend before racing.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 16 and older to enter the event.
Race Packs
All race day information, including bib numbers, will be emailed to competitors 7-10 days before the event. Race packs themselves will be available to collect from registration on the day. Each pack will include
- Race numbers x2
- Bike sticker x2
- Helmet sticker x1
- Electronic timing chip
Kit List
Participants are asked to bring their own swim caps to the event, and if you do not have your own, please ask at registration and one will be provided for you. Wetsuits are not permitted for this pool swim.
All participants must have a bike in road-worthy bike in working order and a helmet.
How to Relay
After completing the swim, the swimmer passes the electronic chip to the cyclist inside the cycle transition area next to where the cycle is racked. The cyclist must not put their helmet on or take their cycle off the rack until receiving the electronic chip.
The cyclist completes the cycle course and passes the electronic chip over to the runner in the transition area only when the cycle has been placed back on the rack and their helmet has been fully removed.
The runner completes the run and hands in the electronic chip at the finish line.
Spectator Info
The course is spectator friendly and all the action can be seen at the rear of the Leisure Centre where the main transition area and finish line are situated.
