Speakers
Headline Speaker: Jason Fox
‘Foxy’ is best known for his role in Channel 4’s award-winning series SAS: Who Dares Wins; presenting and producing critically-acclaimed Channel 4 & Netflix documentaries, including Inside the Real Narcos and Return To Afghanistan; and being a bestselling author with Battle Scars and Life Under Fire.
He is also an entrepreneur, owning multiple businesses, and is a leading figure in promoting positive mental health, working with numerous charities along the way.
Gemma Atkinson: Workout and Q&A
Since first hitting our TV screens on Hollyoaks, Gemma’s acting career has been a huge success in both TV and film. Gemma is also well known for reaching the final of Strictly Come Dancing in 2017 and has now moved into the world of TV and radio, presenting on Hits Radio.
On the day, Gemma will be leading a workout with Sam, which everyone can join before a fascinating and insightful Q+A session.
Amy Williams: HIIT Workout & Talk
At the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, Amy’s life changed overnight when she became a Gold Medallist in the Skeleton, becoming the first British Winter Olympian to do so in 30 years.
During the festival, Amy will lead a HIIT workout for everyone (yes, you will be all trained by an Olympic Gold Medallist!) and give a 30-minute talk about how to cope under pressure and what it takes to become an Olympic champion.
Stefanie Moir: Workouts and Q&A
Stefanie (best known as @naturallystefanie) promotes an active lifestyle alongside plant-based recipes. She has built a huge following across her social media platforms, with almost half a million loyal followers on Instagram, who look to her for inspiration and advice through her 12-week fitness plans named Vegan Aesthetics.
Stefanie will lead workouts, provide exercise tips and answer questions about her plant-based diet, as well as being available for meet and greets.
Dynomorph Fitness: Weightlighting Seminars
Wallace Wilson and Connor Mcgillivray are two extremely experienced personal trainers. The boys linked up around two years ago to provide first class online training.
On the day, the boys will have their own stand where you can ask them about all things fitness, and they’ll also be leading weightlifting seminars throughout the day.
Ian Findlay: Seminars & Meet & Greets
Whether he is training elite athletes such as MMA Welterweight World Champion Ross Houston, or complete beginners, Ian’s knowledge and personality equips him to deliver unbelievable results through his academy and online programming.
On the day, Ian will be available for meet and greets and will also be leading seminars on female training and nutrition
Ashley Fraser: Guided Runs
Ashley went from being a non-runner to completing a marathon and now has her sights set on Ultra Marathons. She also recently became a Brooks Running Ambassador.
On the day, Ashley will be leading guided runs and answering questions on how to get into running.
