Route information
One of the UK's most daunting and difficult climbing challenges, the Welsh 3000s offers an amazing test for fit and experienced hikers. Over the course of 24hrs, participants will climb Northern Snowdonia's 15 highest summits including the likes of: Snowdon, Elidir Fawr, Pen yr Ole Wen and Yr Elen.
In total, the walk will span across approximately 48KM with a total climb of over 4200 metres.
While extensive training and preparation is required, Raw adventures will make both the build up and event a smooth, safe and ultimately once in a life time experience.
The 24hr route will begin with the park's largest peak - Snowdon - before walkers descend to Nant Peris, then up toward the Glyderau range before a further descent into Ogwen Valley and, finally, that last push over the Carneddau range.
