It was my first time doing a half marathon in the U.K. and it was fun. Nice scenery and atmosphere makes the suffering a bit sweet. 😅

Bit confusing wave 4 but then sent to table wave 10 to collect bib ( marshall on table seemed annoyed by so many runners confused going to wrong table!!Perhaps invest in chip technology so start not delayed. More toilets ( ppl panicking as 1/2 marathon starting and in a v v long toilet queue 😱 increase tea coffee facilities ( invite more refreshment vans if poss)Invest/ borrow in a proper PA system really hard to hear the instructions, poor marshall had to repeat instructions many times as no mass start Chip pin avoids queues post race manually writing numbers.Great medals great goodiesFabulous locationThank you

After the slight worry due to the delay/queues getting into the car park and the huge toilet queues the event was fabulous! Would most definitely recommend and I will enter this race again. Running through the arboretum was stunning, a great course winding through the trees. It’s a big smile course.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day, could have been more toilets, was a serious queue and thought I’d be late to the start line, even though we allowed around an hour. But apart from that, was a great course, great organisation, well laid out, and I got a PB, so winner winner.

Traffic was terrible getting to the event. Very disorganised start. I actually missed the start of my wave! Very disappointed timing is done by gun time rather than chips. This is poor for a paid event.
