Hi I am doing the half on Friday.. having not run this event before I am unsure if I should be wearing my trail shoes or road shoes- it’s difficult to ascertain from the course map. Any advice greatly appreciated!

Hey there, I would recommend wearing road shoes for this race as the majority of the run is on pavement of hard road. All the best!
