Route information
The course takes place in the Olympic Park and runners will be able to feel like an Olympian as they pass iconic venues such as the London Stadium, The London Aquatics Centre, Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre and the Copper Box Arena.
This flat course is perfect for first time races or for those looking to get a PB.
The 1km event is a great event for the little ones and parents are able to run with their kids free of charge.

Tube/Train: The closest stations to the park are Statford or Stratford International. Alternatively, you can get the overground to Hackney Wick which is around a 10 minute walk to the park.
Bus: Regular buses services run from Central London into Stratford City bus station.
Car: There is paid parking available in the Westfield Stratford City.
Event day logistics
Schedule:
8.30am: Registration opens
9.25am: 1k kids warm-up
9.30am: 1k kids race
9.50am: 5k and 10k warm-up
10.00am: 5k and 10k races starts
You can collect your costume as well as your race number and timing chip on the morning of the race. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race in order to complete the registration process.

This is truly a great spectacle and spectators can watch from anywhere on the course free of charge.

What are the age limits?
The 1k race is for ages 12 and under, but parents are able to run with their children free of charge. The 5k and 10k races are for ages 8 and over.
