Whitby Regatta Sportive

Setting off from Whitby the roads are superb, and as we descend to Sandsend and ride along the sea front, the views are amazing. The most picturesque start to any sportive! But don‰Ûªt relax, we‰Ûªll shortly be climbing Lythe bank,with its long drags to the top. From Lythe we disappear into the North Yorkshire Moors and their spell-binding scenery, quiet roads, stunning little villages, tough climbs and exhilarating descents, before returning to Whitby to celebrate our part in the famous Whitby Regatta, now in its 177th year and one of the oldest such events in the World. 32 miles, 58 miles, 79 miles.
