Embrace the beautiful scenery of the Forest of Dean on this hilly and challenging course. You will plunge into the deepest swimmable quarry in the UK for an open water swim, before a quick transition to the bike where you will tackle challenging, yet rewarding hills before finally pounding the forests trails on foot. This race will ensure your heart will be pumping hard, tackle the hills to earn your finisher's medal.

Based out of Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean, Trimax Events put on a variety of trail running, road running, and triathlon events throughout the year. Trimax Events are particularly well-regarded for their epic bespoke medals which are awarded to all finisher’s. When does the Wild Boar Middle Distance & Olympic start?
Both races start at 8:00am so make sure to arrive early enough to set up your transition and to register (opens on the day at 6:30am). If you would prefer, you can also register the day before between 12:30 and 6:30pm and stay over the night in Chepstow
