Route information
This guided trail event encompasses both a 4k walk and 8k run, beginning at Berkhamstead Cricket Club. The 4k walk is perfect for family groups, with fun festive activities to keep everyone occupied along the way. The 8k route explores some of the area's stunning trails and will be led by guides, who will provide guidance and expertise, in addition to facts about the region, as you run. Runners will be grouped with those of a similar ability.
The courses will finish with a complimentary mince pie and serving of mulled wine to reward you for your efforts, with fancy dress strongly encouraged for participants and a prize for the best costume.
All profits from the event will be donated to The Hospice of St Francis.

By Train
Berkhamsted Train Station is just a few minutes walk away. Regular train services operate between London Euston, Milton Keynes, Tring and Berkhamstead.

Age Requirements
All ages are encouraged to take part in this family-friendly event. However, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian throughout the run and those under the 18 must provide parental/guardian consent to participate.
Dogs
You are allowed to run with your dog so long as you have the appropriate canicross equipment. Dogs being run with a lead attached to a collar will not be accepted.
Dogs should also be kept on a lead at all times, under close control, and entrants should be careful to clean up after them. There are a limited number of places available for dogs.
Toilets
Participants can use toilets located on-site at Berkhamsted Cricket Club.
