Route information
These mixed distance races are packed with elevation, tough climbs and descents. Each route can see riders reaching elevation of up to:
- Short - 543m
- Mid - 816m
- Long - 1114m
Following the Route
There will be bright orange signs and ribbons to follow throughout the course. Where the routes divide, you will find yellow signs showing you which way to go for the Full, Mid or Short courses.
These should guide you around the whole route, but use your map if you think you have strayed off course or have a problem with the route navigation. There are also emergency contact numbers on the edge of your map, which can be used to reach out to the support team in an emergency.
Rules and Safety
Ride safely at all times, and remember that you are on public rights of way and roads. This is not a race, so please ride appropriately, and be friendly and polite to other trail users you meet.

Get full directionsBy Train
Salisbury railway station is the closest station to the start, situated 4 miles away. Those travelling by train may wish to use this distance to the start as a warm up for the event.
Parking
There are various car parks around the start location, including Golf club car park. Please arrive early, allowing time to find a new parking space if it is busy.

*Please arrive early, allowing plenty of time to park, register, collect your race pack and warm up.
Registration
On arrival, head to the registration desk where you will collect your bike number, timing chip and A4 map of the route. Attach the timing chip to your ankle before the start of the race.
Race Briefing
There will be a short race briefing before the start of the race. Attendance for this meeting is compulsory as you will be told everything you need to know for the race, including which signs are for the long route, mid route and short route.
Junior Entry
Entrants under the age of 14 are able to enter the Short and Mid races, so long as they enter as a Junior Entry. Entrants under 16 may enter the Full, Mid or Short races.
Rider Timings and Medals
All finishers will receive a finishers medal at the finish line. As an optional incentive, there are gold, silver and bronze medals for finishers, which are given to riders in reflection of their time, age category and gender.

No, you must be aged 14 and over to enter the Long Route. They may however enter the short or mid route.
