The 10KM course starts and finishes at the Memorial Recreation Ground and will take place on public roads. The route will be well marshalled and all traffic will be managed at key junctions.

After the 3KM mark athletes will run on pavements until Mays Lane, where the road is closed to traffic.

There will be two water stations on the course, one of which is at 5KM, the halfway point.

The race was well organised, well marshalled and had a nice "family feel" about it. It's not the most scenic route but has lots of PB potential and feels very much like a parkrun - very incluse, friendly and fun!

I received an email saying congratulations, you absolutely smashed it.That's strange, as I distinctly remember that I was at home all day with a chest infection. No one could have run with my race number, because I never collected it.I have had to mark the required fields to post this, so they don't actually apply.
