Did the race in 2022
Good organisation with car park attendants directing people. There was no warm up at the start line which was frustrating because it was advertised as having one so I didn't do my own warm-up. The course was good but a lot of tarmac running, the last part through the woodland was very enjoyable though. The medal is shocking, it doesn't resemble the one used to advertise the event in the slightest and having a sticker stuck to a metal disc is very cheap and tacky, this is meant to be an award, a memory for an achievement but it looks and feels cheap, especially when the organisers have a picture of previous medals on their page advertising the run and they look great quality. To be honest it dampened the end of the race for me!

Much tougher than I expected. Lots of steep sections throughout. Great course though!
