Route information
This 7k course will be a challenge and an experience to remember for anyone taking part, with an amazing 60 obstacles to contend with. With some of the muddiest obstacle course running sections you could encounter, its no surprise this event has been nominated for 8 Mudstacle awards in the past.
The course makes use of the natural terrain at Ancaster, and without doubt this obstacle course will push you all the way. And with more mud, more water and more obstacles than ever before don't miss your chance to get stuck in.

By Car
Ancaster Leisure is situated just south of Ancaster and can be accessed from the B6403.
There will be free parking on site. Please park in straight lines leaving room for others to get in and out.
By Train
Ancaster Station is just 1.5 miles away from the event venue.
Camping is free on Friday and Saturday night and the organisers ask you to take ALL items and rubbish with you when you leave. On the Sunday camping must be clear by 10am.

Please arrive early allowing yourself plenty of time to register and get ready for the race.
Start Line
The Start line will open at 9am, and if you are running three laps then it is recommended you arrive to start for this time.
With an open start line, there will be warm-ups available at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 and 12:00, but if you wish to start in between these times you are more than welcome to head off once registered.
Wave times are now free choice as the event is going to have an open start line to encourage freedom of movement and space and encourage everyone to observe social distances where possible.
At registration within the marquee, there will be two desks. If you signed up for Zeus then go to the Zeus one, and as Rough are running alongside, the will be a Rough sign in.
Lateral Flow Tests and Track & Trace
• The organiser is asking all participants to please take a lateral flow test 24 hours before the event. Age Restrictions
Children must be over the age of 10 to take part, and any child between the age of 10 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Mandatory Kit
Participants are advised to wear clothing they don't mind getting muddy! And advised to wear shoes with good grip.
