The legendary Zeus obstacle course is back in a new location promising even more mud, more fun, and crazier obstacles.
With a course featuring over 60 obstacles, runners will have to climb, crawl, run and leap through water, mud, ropes, nets, swings, and every other obstacle imaginable on this fun, family-friendly course. Contestants can either choose to complete one lap of the 7km course, or push their limits with 3 laps, totaling 21km, for a chance to qualify for the 2020 UK, European and World Championships all in one go.
With a minimum age of 6, and dogs welcome, this truly is the perfect summer event for the whole family.
I experienced my first ever obstacle race with Zeus. Great atmosphere and a warming welcoming vibe, everyone is welcome and that’s what I love about it! A great challenge but most importantly great fun!
You will never beat the Zeus atmosphere. Fantastic for all the family and even if you come alone you will leave feeling part of the Zeus family. Amazing event from every perspective. One definitely not to be missed year on year.

I have had the joy of both running and volunteering at Zeus, It is amazingly organised, it has some ingenious obstacles including the fridge. The marshals are amazing (they helped me on all the high bits even through I'm terrified of highs) <br />With the dogstacles and family friendly waves it's perfect for everyone even beginners. The wheelchair wave means that they are completely inclusive. Cant rate this event high enough

First time ever doing something like this but it was so much fun as well as being both a physical and mental challenge for me.
A really relaxed family friendly atmosphere and perfect for the whole family. Great mix of terrain, a good variety of challenging obstacles and a party like atmosphere make this a must-do event.

What can I not say about zeus races. Its amazing value, set up and organised by the most passionate and knowledgeable rd's. The finisher medal is epic and BIG. The new range of merchandise, soon to be available, looks awesome and stands out from other leisurewear out there. The obstacles are testing but not mandatory as its about doing what you can and enjoying yourself. You can push yourself as hard as you want as the course is designed to be challenging for anyone but achievable for everyone. The marshals are to notch, so encouraging and supportive aswell as being knowledgeable. It made such a lovely change to see a member of the zeus elite race team on the start line for each wave, encouraging the runners instead of blasting of into the sunset. The Ocr spirit is definitely at its upmost at zeus more so than any other event. There is dogstacle waves, family waves for any ages, and it is now an ocr world champs qualifying event - the most bargain qualifier on the market.
Zeus is an amazing day for all the family. I love it here as I get chance to race with my daughter. She has been doing Zeus since she was 6 and we can’t wait to go back each event. You are always welcomed and it always has a friendly atmosphere with helpful marshals. Nothing is ever too much for the Zeus organisers.

Zeus is a great family race lots of mud plenty of fun and a great atmosphere we have done 3 of their events and will be at Halloween too
This race is a definite on our calendar each time. Easy parking next to the start line, secure key drop, family friendly atmosphere that you don’t get anywhere else, extremely helpful and friendly marshals, great course with natural and man made obstacles which are ALL skippable with no judgement if you have any worries, great medal each time and a great little event village too. Literally no negatives for me at Zeus.
Was able to do this with my child and felt safe enough to let him zip off when I wasn’t quick enough!

A great course for families, beginners, and seasoned veterans of OCR. It's much more of an "old-school" event, none of the technical rigs, but plenty to push you. Everything is designed to be achievable by all ages and abilities, but you never finish thinking it was easy. A great value event that I'll be back to again.
Been to zeus a few times now and it just gets better each time, I can not recommend this event enough, everyone involved puts all their heart and soul into making an amazing event and it shows, that's why when I run I always wear my zeus top with pride
