Route information
The course is along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The minimum distance is 5km.
You will have 8 hours to complete a distance of your choosing from 5k all the way up to an Ultra Marathon.

Age Requirements
All runners must be 18 or older on the day of the event.
Aid Stations
There will be an aid station located at the lap point. It will be fully stocked with all the most delicious savoury and sweet snacks you can imagine.
Bag Storage
There will be an area for kit bags to be left but this will not be monitored at all times so anything is left at your own risk.
