This event will feature sprint and standard distances. The standard distance triathlon includes the Herts Club Championships. The race consists of an open water swim, an on-road bike leg and a run on grass. Anyone can enter this triathlon.
London Beginner Friendly Triathlon Events
Set at the spectacular, flat and smooth-surfaced Dorney Lake, near Windsor, the course takes onto the lake and around the perimeter of the water for the cycle and run. With fuel and water stations and chip-timed results we try and make it as easy as possible to get your pacing right so that you can focus on your race and get the best possible time.

Dorney Lake is ideally placed, being within very easy reach of London, Heathrow Airport, the M4 corridor and the M3, M25 and M40 motorways. It is well-served too by the rail network.

The Fugitive Half Iron Distance is the only long distance event in the Thames Valley. a fairly flat scenic course taking in the views of Marlow and the surrounding areas.
This is the 10th year of the Fugitive Sprint & Olympic Distance Triathlon, consisting of a river swim, cycling and running. The event has attracted 1000s of participants over the year and is open to all levels of participant and encourages first time triathletes to the event.

The HSV Triathlon is organised by Tri-Force Triathlon Club and will be held at Hertfordshire Sports Village, Hatfield, Hertfordshire

After a fantastic fifteen years in St Albans, the St. Jamess Place Foundation Triathlon is branching out! A brand new northern event will be held on the breathtaking Broughton Hall Estate. Like its southern counterpart, which is renowned for a friendly atmosphere that puts participants at ease, this is the perfect triathlon for beginners and experienced triathletes alike.
The Triathlon is open to both individuals and teams. It will consist of a 400m indoor swim, 21km outdoor cycle and a 5km outdoor run.

The London Triathlon takes place at the Excel Centre, Victoria Docks. From here you will swim, bike & run past the iconic landmarks of our capital.

This is the 10th year of the Marlow Sprint & Olympic Distance Triathlon, consisting of a river swim, cycling and running. The event has attracted 1000s of participants over the year and is open to all levels of participant and encourages first time triathletes to the event.
The Swim course is in the River Thames. It is designed to make even the weakest swimmer get a fast swim split.
The Marlow Classic Half Iron Distance is the only long distance event in the Thames Valley and is a fairly flat scenic course taking in the views of Marlow and the surrounding areas.
The Bike course for the Sprint Distance is 24.5km & the Olympic Distance is 37km. It is an out and back course and only has two hills, but otherwise fast and flat.
The Run course for the Sprint Distance is a 1 Lap 5km route & the Olympic Distance is 2 Laps for a 10km. The course is on Tarmac and Grass Footpaths. It meanders back towards Marlow and into the finish at Higginson Park from the river tow path.
The event is set to attract over 700 participants, as the world of endurance sports and triathlon creates massive demand for longer distance events over the shorter distances that have originally formed this great sport.
