An introduction to Audax cycle riding, this 54km is not too strenuous on the legs and there is also a pub and cafe half way round!

This is a back lane ride and in winter it will be muddy at best, icy at worst - skinny tyres not advised, 25mm+ treaded tyres recommended. Lights and mudgaurds highly recommended too. Light breakfast, hearty soup and rolls on return - free but donations welcomed. Please advise of your inability to attend the event via email before the ride commences, also text the number on your Brevet card should you need to abandon mid-course. If you are using a satnav to get to the community centre, please use the postcode PE377RD else you will be sent down a blind alley. There is a 2 insurance surcharge for those not members of Audax UK or CTC.
