As Britain's only coastal National Park, Pembrokeshire is justifiably famous for its rugged cliffs, quiet coves, expansive sandy bays, picturesque coastal village and its abundance of marine life. The coastal trails here are wild and exposed, with undulating terrain and spectacular views. The course is challenging but the views presented to you around each corner make this a beautiful course that must be experienced.

Endurancelife Coastal Trail Series – Pembrokeshire

The Jurassic Quarter is an undulating 46 mile Ultra Marathon along the South West Coast Path in the UK. The course covers almost half of England's only natural World Heritage Site, The Jurassic Coast.

The task is brutally simple: to run non-stop from Portland Bill Lighthouse to the eastern end of the Jurassic Coast at Old Harry Rocks.

This challenge can be undertaken as a solo, relay team of two (pair) or relay of four (quad). The atmosphere is of keen and friendly rivalry.

Following 46 miles of mesmerising coastline, there are innumerable steep climbs and descents. This is the ultimate trail runner's rush. Be under no mistake, every runner must be well prepared both mentally and physically.

The Endurancelife Classic Quarter is a 44 mile Ultra Marathon along the south Cornish coast in the UK.

First hosted in 2007 each year the event grows in global reputation.

The task is brutally simple: to run non-stop from the southern most point of England (Lizard Point), to the western most tip (Land's End), along the legendary South West Coast Path. This translates to running 90 degrees of the compass, hence the name, Classic Quarter.

The challenge can be undertaken as a solo, relay team of two, or relay of four. The atmosphere is of keen and friendly rivalry.

Following 44 miles of the mesmerising South West Coast Path there are innumerable steep climbs and descents. This is the ultimate trail runner's rush, with spectacular exposure and challenging terrain all just a stones throw away from the potentially pounding Atlantic swells. There is also the unpredictable weather to contend with along the way and every runner must be well prepared, both mentally and physically.

Introducing the most demanding and toughest event of the quarter series yet; The Snowdonia Quarter.

The Snowdonia Quarter boasts a breathtaking 50 mile route from the West coast of Wales, through the Snowdonia National Park, over Mount Snowdon to the North coast of Wales.

The challenge can be undertaken as a solo, relay team of two, or relay of four.

The task is brutally simple: To run non-stop from Borth-y-Gest on the West coast of wales, to Conwy on the North coast of Wales. Not forgetting the relentless 3,329 ft ascent to the summit of Mount Snowdon and the undulation of the Snowdonia National Park. This is the ultimate trail runner's rush; with spectacular exposure, challenging terrain and an immense total ascent. Each participant must be prepared both mentally and physically for the tenacious challenge ahead.

Wholly located within the National Park, and utilising sections of the Cleveland Way, this area is superbly suited to trail running. The course is rich and varied with reminders to Yorkshire's fine heritage all around - from the dry stone walls and disused railway lines, to the hardy sheep flocks up on the moors. The world famous Whitby Abbey is just a few miles up the road, so there is plenty to make a weekend long visit well worthwhile.

It is a privilege to run in this peaceful and serene landscape and all those who respect their environment are welcome to join us! Extremely flat by Endurancelife standards, this is a quick course, but no doubt it will become a Series favourite. A choice of 4 races .
