Subaru Iron Girl Canada has once again partnered with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation as our exclusive charity!Join us at Nelles Beach Park in Grimsby, Ontario just an hour away from Toronto and Buffalo for a 500 m shallow and safe swim 20 km flat and friendly bike and a 5 km spectator lined run course. It will be a picture perfect course starting in Lake Ontario, touring Niagara's farmland and finishing on the Waterfront Trail!
The Iron Girl experience will allow women to participate in a competitive event and will enable and empower the healthy lifestyle of sport. Iron Girl also provides a platform for women to race for a reason whether that is to raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, to race in honor of a mother, sister, aunt or friend or just share in this day to celebrate health and wellness. All Iron Girl athletes will receive technical race shirts, personalized bibs, Subaru Iron Girl Canada finisher medals, post-race food and awards. A beginner training program will be available on our website shortly! Stay tuned for the race of the summer!

The event will take place at Nelles Beach Park in Grimsby, Ontario. The race site is 45 minute drive from Toronto and Buffalo right off the QEW Highway.

On Sunday 7th of October, 2018, mothers, wives, sisters and daughters of IRONMAN athletes and active women from all sports backgrounds get their own event. Registration is limited to the first 500 registrants so dont delay.

The 2-laps, 5.8 kilometer course is in along the beach. You will run along the same beautiful, beachside course that is part of the IRONMAN marathon on Sunday.
