Racesolutions create running and challenge events for a wide variety of clients. Following discussions with the client we will come up with the concept, write the event plan and risk assessments, then look after the race day logistics. Constant support and advice is offered throughout the project. The races have been scheduled to allow parents enough time to run with their children before taking part in the 10K race.

Car Parks open at 7.30am The official car parks are provided by Reading Football Club and within 100m of the Race Village. The charge is 5 cash per car, use Sat Nav post code RG2 0FL.
Greenwave Bus Service Station Road stop SD at; 8.10 (50), 8.42(60e), 9.07(60m), 9.32(60e) journey time 12-15 mins. Buses also leave St Marys Butts 2 minutes earlier.Returns from Madejski Stadium at; 11.09, 11.39, 12.09, 12.39, 1.14 (all route 60e) to St Marys Butts in 18 mins and on to Station,
Greenwave fares are; single 2 adult or 1.30 Boost (aged 5-18), return 3.50 adult or 2 Boost, or best value is a Group return for 4.50 for up to 5 people, max 3 adults. Reading Buses day and weekly tickets and Smartcards can also be used on greenwave as can PlusBus rail add ons.
The Race Village is located close to the car parks and opens at 8.00am. Race Village facilities include bag store / toilets / help desk / catering / entertainment.
Medals and Awards all finishers will receive a bespoke race medal. Awards will be made to the first three male and female runners in the mini marathons and in age groups for the 10K.
