Whatever your level you will always find a friendly face to run with and can be sure of a warm welcome. TCRC is now represented at numerous and varied races across the region and further afield, even internationally for our more adventurous members. From 5k Parkruns to 100 mile ultra events with everything in between. We have members that thrive running on the prom and roads whereas others come alive running off road up hills and mountains and through mud. Our members run at all paces.
