Wreake & Soar Valley AC boasts a membership in excess of 250 members of all ages (from 7 years to adult) and abilities and although we have some extremely talented athletes who take things seriously when it comes to training and competing, the clubs ethos is that running and athletics generally should be fun and that each member should be given the support, encouragement and opportunity to thrive regardless of their experience or aspirations.
