Be part of the biggest weekend of running in Scotland! Runners of all abilities from the very young to the very old and all those in-between will descend on Glasgow city centre over the weekend of Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th September.
Have a look at a few of the special moments from the 2017 Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run, which welcomed over 30,000 people to the start line who were taking part for a number of reasons that included raising money for charity, reaching personal fitness goals and enjoying a day out with family and friends.
The Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run half marathon welcomes thousands of runners to the city of Glasgow every year. The course starts in the centre of the city, in George Square, and from there takes runners past a selection of Glasgows finest venues and buildings. As well as crossing over the River Clyde, runners will take a trip through Pollok Park and Bellahouston Park, before heading back for the grandstand finish on Glasgow Green.
