The 6th annual Hyde Park 5K Run/Walk takes place on a scenic, lake front course during the peak of autumn. It starts in the Harold Washington Park, which is located near the corner of 53rd & Hyde Park Blvd and goes over the pedestrian overpass and north along the run path down to 43rd, then turns around and heads back to the Harold Washington Park. The course is 5K. The event makes for a terrific family and friends outing. And, the course is USATF certified. Individual and team registrations are welcome.

The Chill Will Veterans 5K is an event to thank those who served. The race raises awareness and support for veterans, helping a growing number of veterans every year.

Welcome to the Annual CHARGE ON 5k Run/Walk for St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish. We will be running through the neighborhood surrounding St. Catherine's. The race will start and finish at Lawn Manor Park located at 108th St. and Kostner Ave.
The Faith and Fitness 5K/10K is an out-and-back course. It is set in beautiful Jackson Park, near the historic Hyde Park area in the peak of autumn. The Race begins at 63rd and South Lake Shore Drive and then proceeds out onto the scenic Lakefront path heading North.

Mike Horner lived in Edison Park with his wife, Heather Dunne and their daughter, Mary Helen. When Mike was diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer in December 2015, his family and friends were blindsided. How could someone so healthy be so sick? Mike lost his battle with pancreatic cancer shortly after Mary Helens first birthday, 9 months after his diagnosis, and minutes before his 46th birthday. Please join the Horner, Dunne, Balducci, and Pietryla families as they partner with Project Purple to host the first 5K Horner Hustle Fun Run/Walk in Park Ridge, IL, raising funds for early detection and, ultimately, a cure for pancreatic cancer.
Participants will enjoy the scenery as they run or walk around the park in order to raise awareness of Sepsis as a medical emergency.
