This camp is for you if you are a beginner runner, or someone that is returning to running after a prolonged break. The focus is on giving your running a jump start, and to teach you many key factors that will help you take you running to the next level, and to keep you healthy and mobile for many years to come. If you are a woman runner that can already run a 5K distance at 12-15 min/mile or faster at home elevation, this camp is ideal for you. If you haven't run a 5k distance before, we can help to set you up with a training program to get you ready for this camp! Note, if you are a faster runner, this camp can still benefit you too!
Note that initial payment at time of registration is 50% of camp cost. The balance is due on or before May 1, 2019.
