Breca Jersey is the Channel Islands' first swimrun race around the stunning coastline of Jersey. The courses have incredible ocean swims across the island's iconic bays. Teams will race counter-clockwise around the island in a battle against Jersey's relentless 40ft tides. Being some of the highest in the world, the tides present an ever-changing course and a unique challenge in the world of swimrun. Teamwork will be essential for pairs to overcome these swirling ocean waters and technical rocky transitions.

As Keen As Mustard SwimRun is a fun, new open water swimming and mixed terrain running race. To have a go... You just need to be physically fit and capable of swimming in open water and mixed terrain running over the race distances. You need to wear your trainers/running shoes throughout the event and you will need to wear a wetsuit, tri-suit or swimming gear. You can use additional equipment to help in the swim such as paddles, pull buoy, etc. but whatever you have you need to carry with you! Entry and exit into and out of the water can be tricky but that just adds to the fun.

Our Mustard Swimrun races consist of trail running and swimming in and around the beautiful lake, river and tracks at Ferry Meadows and the surrounding area in Peterborough

TILL, The Swimrun World Championship is very difficult to get into and you need to be a very good team to manage the whole course. At the same time many people want to experience the TILL course; which in itself is impossible as it is too complex for us to do anything but the race once a year and at full race pace.

That is why we now introduce the very, beautiful TILL Sprint Final 15K which covers the last and very emotional part of the grueling World Championship course.

This sprint race is not easy but you do not have to go fast. We suggest that you have some previous racing experience as you can meet a lot of current along the way.

The winners of each category will get a free entry to an TILL Qualifier of choice for the following year.

The TILL Sprint Final 15K covers most of the last and very emotional part of the grueling World Championship course. A total distance of 15 km, with 10 runs and 9 swims. The longest swim will be 1 150 metres. Some swims can have a lot of current. The runs are beautiful and tough; some on soft trail, some on cliffs, some on old country roads and some with a lot of people around.

This unique event brings swimmers and runners from all over the country to the edge of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales Expect wild weather, wide open spaces, a stunning landscape and a tidal push that is into bore category. This Autumnal celebration embraces the change of the seasons: bring on the firepits, blackberries, pumpkins, gorse and empty beaches. Skin swimmers welcome.

The 11K run takes place at the same time as the swim, so at some point in the course you will see swimmers in the estuary beside you. The route will take you from Barmouth Beach, over the iconic Barmouth bridge then flanks the estuary all the way to Penmaenpool. Perfect for supporters who might not be water lovers but would like to get in on the action.

A 11K run followed by the 10K swim for those of you keen for a double challenge. You will be bused to Penmaenpool to join the Mawdacch Trail, run 11k to the swim start in Barmouth alongside the banks of the estuary and across the Barmouth Bridge, then swim back under it with the other swimmers on the incoming tide. This is a long run before a long swim: you can run in your running clothes, change and have a drink before setting off with the other swimmers (there is likely to be a small time gap between the two events giving time for this to happen, and swimmers to depart together).

You want to have a go at something new and fun? Look no further, this is it!

Participating in a swimrun together with a team mate is fun, inspiring and as challenging as you want it to be. We have created a taste of the TILL Swimrun World Series race for you to sample with some runs and some swims being the same. You get the same feeling of going together with a common transport to the start and from there following a beautiful course almost in a straight line to the finish line.

As the races are the day before or the day after our TILL Swimrun World Series events it is also a way for you to be part of the whole swimrun weekend!

The TILL Swimrun Sprint 1000 lakes has the start and finish in Rheinsberg. A total distance of 16,4 km, with 6 runs and 5 swims. No swim will be longer than 830 metres and all swims are protected in very nice lakes. The runs are beautiful in fantastic forests with a lot of history, it is on soft trails and on old country roads. This race is a perfect adventure to get started with Swimrun.

We look forward to seeing your smile and hearing you laugh when you cross the finish line.

This race course is fast and spectacular! Not only do you need to be able to move fast along never-ending forest trails, you also need to be strong in the water with many swim sections and almost 25% swimming. The water is usually calm and flat so think of it as a giant pool. 11 swim sections means lots of transitions, be fast in and out of water to gain time.

The weather in late September is still quite summer-like, with warm days and cool evenings. As some of the swims are long remember to dress smart. Check the weather and temperatures leading up to the race so you do not get caught out as in 2016 where there was a dramatic drop in temperatures the last week. This is why the race has been moved three weeks earlier. Dress smart and according to the conditions.

Get ready for a fast paced race.

This race course is mystical, almost as if you are in a tunnel. A tough start in Wesenberg will bring you to pristine lakes and wild forest trails. You will pass places which feel like you are in the 20s and you will swim through amazing waterways. In the forests most of the ground is hard-packed sand and the trails are very clear, it will be fast running! We love almost straight line race courses.

We have decided to increase the amount of open-water swimming in our races and here you will all be put to test, almost 18% of swimming in magical lakes. The course will have 10 swims, totaling 7,5 kilometres; of which the longest swim will be around 1 300 metres. You need to have your transitions dialed, if you are not fast there you will lose lots of time going in and out of the water.

The winning time will be around 4 hours. We will have two cut-off for safety reasons and the longest time on the course will be 8 hours. Your team needs to be strong in the water and fast on land.

The total distance is 41,4 km. There will of course, be plenty of safety, energy stations in cool places and medical staff on call.

Get ready to embark on a new adventure, through mystical forests and in untouched lakes. Get ready for a wild race!

SwimRun Fritton Lake is returning TWICE in 2018 after a sold out and very successful inaugural 2017 event. The Summer edition embodies fun and team work with a healthy serving of mud under a Summer sky whilst the Autumn Edition provides cooler water in the true spirit of Otillo. With trails through the pristine woodland of the privately owned Somerleyton Estate and beautiful views as you plunge into Fritton Lake this event delivers a huge amount of fun as you race in areas not normally accessible to the public.

In teams of two you will complete a 10km course comprised of 6 run sections and 5 swims. Each leg offering stunning views and varied terrain. Always within 10m of your team mate on the swim and 100m on the run, you will share the experience, the fun, the beauty and the suffering as you race the pre-marked course alternating between running and swimming.

Running in your wetsuit/swimming kit and swimming in your trainers you will travel through beautiful unspoilt surroundings immersed (literally!) in nature.

The route totals approximately 1800m of open water swimming, entering and exiting at various locations along the lake. Together with approximately 8.2 km of mixed terrain running you will explore both sides of the lake and cross the Norfolk/Suffolk boundary many times.
