The Donner Lake Triathlon is held at West End Beach on Donner Lake in Truckee California.
Truckee is one of those places that you'll want to live if you don't already. Noted by the editors of National Geographic Adventure as one of the worlds top ski towns, Truckee also offers those who love the mountains and outdoors with endless summer adventure opportunities.
Donner Lake is 2.7 miles long and 1/2 mile wide. The water is clear and clean with a maximum depth of 328 feet. West End Beach, operated by the Truckee Donner Recreation and Parks District, serves as the main venue. A sandy beach with majestic views of the surrounding Sierra Mountains awaits you.
Swim in beautiful Lake Louisa in Lake County, a favoured location for triathlons for many years. Bike on an almost flat and fast course! This venue is known for its awesome wide open asphalt roads that wind through beautiful natural landscapes.

My First Triathlon
Both races feature open water swims in one of the Man made Ski Lakes that make up the San Marcos River Ranch. Both Bike courses are a one loop course that is set in the San Marcos area along lightly travelled roads. The Run course loops around the Ski Lakes and finishes underneath the Majestic Oak trees along the San Marcos River.
The 35th Annual Open Options Shawnee Mission Triathlon and Duathlon occurs in Shawnee Mission Park and takes athletes throughout the most visited park in the state that serves as a 1,250-acre urban refuge. Additionally, the course joins the Mill Creek Streamway Trail offering asphalt pathways snaking along the stream and through hillside forests.
All racers will receive a TRI for FUN Finisher Medal, hot post race meal, plus awards in each age group. TRI for FUN commemorative race t-shirts are available for $15 when ordered before July 7th.
Included with race entry is: a swim cap, hot post race meal, free athlete massage, custom Tri for Real Finisher souvenir, plus awards and raffle prizes.
The challenging, highly rewarding Litchfield Hills Triathlon allows athletes to enjoy the scenic beauty of New Hartford, CT and the surrounding area in this Olympic distance event.
Start with a 1500m swim in the crystal clear waters of famous West Hill Lake, among the cleanest fresh water lakes in Connecticut. Then take on a 40K bike course with stunning mountain vistas. Finish with a 10K run on rural back roads.
The Duathlon and Aqua Bike races will run simultaneously with the Triathlon on the same swim & bike course.
The Duathlon starts with a 4.5K run and then joins the triathlons bike course and finishes with the 10K run.

This will be the 35th Annual Mountain Man. This local race has that good old hometown feel. Beautiful views of the San Francisco Peaks, Lake Mary, and Mormon Lake. Flagstaff has amazing summer weather with flora in full bloom. This event includes medals for all finishers, awards, food, fun, and a great course. It is one of the most beautiful courses in the West, and we work hard to make sure that you can enjoy race day. We start at the boat docks, about ten miles south of Flagstaff, AZ on Lake Mary Road at mile post 333.
The area's premier USAT sanctioned Olympic distance triathlon will continue its' tradition in Lake Zurich with the ET Lake Zurich Triathlon Sprint and Olympic event. The event has grown to over 1000 participants and is one of the area's top Olympic distance events. A single loop counter clockwise swim in Lake Zurich. A rolling bike course that is closed to traffic for over 80% of the course, and a scenic run around Lake Zurich and great for spectators is primarily flat and fast.
The Boulder Peak Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike is one of the countries longest and most well-known triathlons. For the veteran or first time racer, this is THE cant miss event of the summer triathlon season, and the crown jewel of the Colorado Triathlon Series. Racers are tackling the infamous Olde Stage Hill, boasting an average 15% grade on their way to the finish line! This race has earned it's spot on more than a couple notable Best Triathlons in America lists. In 2017, the Boulder Peak was listed as one of the top 15 most amazing triathlons in the United States by The Culture Trip!
Located in Helena, Montana, this triathlon has been consecutively running since 1998, but many can remember triathlon making a home in Helena since the 1980s. The combined love of swimming, biking and running drives participants ages ranging from from 16 years old to 80+ years young, coming from across the nation and from Canada to this event. It is also the love of triathlon that motivates our volunteers to spend countless hours of their time and our sponsors to donate money and schwag-without which, the sport of triathlon could not continue. The St. Elizabeth Triathlon, presented by the Grant County Tourist & Convention Commission, launched in 2018 to rave reviews on the course, the picturesque country setting with quaint downtown finish line, and amazing community support. The Verizon New York City Triathlon is one of the nations premier urban triathlons, with a course that wraps through some of the busiest streets in Manhattan. This epic race includes a 1.5k swim with the fast current in the Hudson River, a 40k ride up the traffic-free Hudson Parkway into the Bronx and back, followed by a 10k trek across 72nd St before conquering relentless hills and finishing in the heart of Central Park.
Since 2013, triathletes have gathered on the shores of Antrim Lake in the Heart of Ohio Columbus, Ohio for the largest Olympic and Sprint triathlon in the Buckeye State. Welcome to the 1st Annual Findley Lake Triathlon! Start and Finish in downtown Findley Lake.
Located in the beautiful Millennium Park in Grand Rapids, MI, TriMillennium offers an Olympic and Sprint distance triathlon. Our Olympic race features a 1,500-meter swim, 24.8-mile bike, and 6.2-mile run. Our Sprint distance race features a 600-meter swim, 12.4-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run. Relay options are available for both races. 100% of proceeds from TriMillennium will go to support the inner-city youth of Grand Rapids, helping provide them with opportunities to succeed.
The Race Montana Triathlon involves both Olympic and Sprint distance triathlons. The Olympic distance Tri has a 500 meter snake swim in the Electric City Water Park pool. The bike portion will cover a total of 24.4 miles of both flat and hilly terrain. The run will consist of a flat and fast 10k course.

The Coeur dAlene Triathlon and Duathlon is one of the most scenic races in the Northwest. The 1.5k swim takes place in Lake Coeur dAlene, a body of water that stretches 30 miles long and up to 3 miles wide. A 40k bike ride goes down Coeur dAlene Lake Drive, a scenic route that leads to Mullan Trail Road for a challenging uphill course. Finishing with the 10k run, the course takes you north along Northwest Boulevard and the Spokane River, ending with a triumphant finish line in the Coeur dAlene City Park. Following the race, food will be provided for all participants.
The USAT-Sanctioned TRI for REAL Olympic-distance Triathlon was added to our TRI for FUN Sprint Triathlon Series in 2003. These races are held at Rancho Seco Park in Herald, California.
USA Triathlon is heading back to Cleveland, Ohio, the "Rock 'n Roll Capital of the World!". Athletes will swim in Lake Erie and bike and run along the lake shore overlooking downtown Cleveland. Participants of both races have the chance to compete for Age Group National Titles as well as spots on Team USA.

Hot Dam weekend offers two different distances. On Saturday, the Olympic distance is a 1500m swim in Clarks Hill Lake, followed by a 40K bike, and a 10K two loop run. Sunday offers the sprint distance with a 750m swim, 10 mile bike, and 5K run. Both races start at West Dam Park. Rack up the points this weekend by racing both races!
Just minutes from historic Williamsburg, VA and next door to the original Jamestown Settlement, the Patriots Triathlon is a great end of season race. With Long Course, Olympic and Sprint options available there is a distance for everyone. The swim takes place at beautiful Jamestown beach where you can watch Osprey catch their breakfast or see a pod of dolphins swim along the course. The bike course is flat, fast and parallels the Cap-Cap bike trail along Rt. 5 with the Long Course quickly getting into the rural parts of Charles City County. The run course is simply amazing as it winds through historic farmland and forest on a combination of bike paths and jogging trails.
