10th annual Morris Superhero Run - April 12, 2025 downtown Morris

Get ready to unleash your inner hero at the Superhero Run, where every stride powers the spirit of community and history! Join us for a thrilling 5K or a delightful 1K Fun Run/Walk through the scenic streets of Downtown Morris, IL – costumes encouraged, capes expected! The main event kicks off at 9 AM, with the kids and 1K following the superheroic strides of our 5K champions around 10 AM. This year, we're joining forces with the Grundy County Historical Society, honoring our rich heritage and contributing to the preservation of local lore. Together, we're making history with every step—because who says you can't save the world and have a bit of fun? Remember, for everyone's safety and to keep in tune with city guidelines, service animals are heroes too, but leave your furry sidekicks at home this time.
