2025 FitKidz Club

Get ready to lace up those sneakers for FitKidz Running Club, a totally FREE, fun-packed journey to fitness for your kids aged 5-12! For four weeks, your little champs will boost their running skills in a supportive environment that values progress and joy over the pressure of competition. We kick-off each 60-minute session with energizing warm-ups, then dash into running exercises and games, wrapping up with cool educational activities about nutrition and wellness.

The 2024 fun unfolds at Reid Park and Mission Manor Park, with sessions at Reid every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6pm starting March 19 to April 11, and at Mission Manor every Tuesday from 5-6pm starting March 19 to April 9.

We prioritize safety, so all volunteers complete mandatory Abuse Awareness and Reporting Training. Parents, remember to stay on-site and cheer on your future track stars! Ready, set, fun!
