29th Annual Saint Paul 5K Spirit Run/Walk and 1/2 mile Kids Dash

Get ready to hit the scenic trails of Old Oak and Manchester Meadows, because it's race day! Let's kick off with energy, as the kids set the pace with a half mile race at 9am, followed by the adults' 5k sprint into action at 9:15am. Race day registration couldn't be easier: pick up your packet on April 14th or the morning of, with online sign-ups open till the whistle blows.
