Route information
The ADK 5k course is truly special. With sweeping views of Lake George, the course runs directly at and then along the lake twice before returning to the brewery for the party. We even did a pretty good job of finding an Adirondack course that minimizes the hills. The biggest hill is running up Beach Road to 9L (at Garrisons) and that is only a 60 foot climb.This is sure to be your favorite fall 5k.

Get full directionsParking for Race day. There will be approximately 150 spaces available for parking in the Brewery Lot. (Yellow) Please do not park in spaces reserved for Cafe Vero.
After the lot fills, parking will be available on the streets. The village is requesting that runners park in legal spaces on back streets such as Dieskau St., Mohican St., and Phillips St. (Blue)
Of course, since this is an event at a brewery, we highly encourage you to carpool and bring designated drivers.
Event day logistics
Early Packet Pickup
Mark your calendar now and do not miss the pre-race packet pickup at the brewery on Friday, September 14, from 4:00-8:00 PM. Come in, have a beer and get your bib early. Better yet, that means you can sleep in on race day!
Bring some cash, we will also have T-shirts, Growlers, Buckets, magnets, and Koozies on sale at Friday Night Packet Pickup.
Race Day Packet Pickup
Race Day Bib Pickup will begin at 8:30 am in front of the Brewery. Race time is 10am
Both Packet Pickups will be held at the Brewery.
Pre-Race – 9/14 – At the Brewery from 4pm-8pm
Race Day – 9/15 – On the Lawn starting at 8:30 am.

FAQ's
Q: Will the race be timed?
A: Of Course! It is not a race if there is not a professional timing system. All race in the Great American Brewery Runs Series utilize the most accurate Bib Chip Timing systems.
Q: Will there be brewery tours?
A: Brewery tours will be provided on a first come first served basis.Q: Can I run with a baby stroller/dog/
squirrel?
A: Sorry, the race is only for runners/walkers. Anything like a stroller or pet, that may trip another runner is not permitted.
Q: Is the post-race party family friendly?
A: Yes. Absolutely!
Q: Will the race and post-race events be held rain or shine?
A: Yep. Rain or Shine.
Q: Is there a time limit on completion?
A: Since we are closing a major road, the police ask that everyone be able to complete 16 minute miles or faster.
Q: Will there be water stations along the course?
I’d rather not lug a bottle along with me but I am used to drinking (water) a few times along the way.A: There will be one water stop at approximately mile 1.5Q: If I come up there Friday night to get packets,
can I also get them for two of my friends who are running with me?
A: Yes. You can. Bring a copy of their id or note from them. Plus, make them buy you a beer on Saturday for the favor.
