Free shuttles will be running from Sports Basement on Bryant Street in San Francisco to Orientation Day at the Cow Palace. Shuttles will begin running at 8:00 AM. The last shuttle will depart the Cow Palace immediately following the end of Orientation Day at 5:30 PM. Simply show up at Sports Basement to catch the shuttle to Orientation Day.

Opening Ceremony
Shuttles will be running from The Westin San Francisco Airport and Hostelling International- San Francisco – Downtown, to the Cow Palace for Ride Out. Ticket reservations will be available online through your Participant Center in April. Shuttles will pick up participants at 4:30 AM from listed locations only. Tickets are $10.

Event day logistics
The route will open at approximately 6:30 am each day, and you must be on the route by 8:30 am. The route will close at 7:00 pm each day, (except for Day 5 when the route will close at 6:00 pm and Day 7, when it will close at 3:30 pm for the Closing Ceremony).
If you leave Camp early each morning, you have up to 9 – 12 hours (depending on the day) to complete the route.
